How do oil and gas pipelines work? How does the fuel move through the line?

It’s a pressure system, using pressure the gas or oil is moved through the system, that’s why you cant have any leaks, otherwise you lose that pressure, and gas and or oil is pumped through the system properly. Also why you have an “Oil pressure” light or picture etc, on the dash, its moved by pressure, and the loss of pressure can lead to major problems. How do oil and gas pipelines work? a series of pumps and valves keep the oil and gas moving.. you have to have pressure to have movement.. the inside of the pipes are well lubricated
