I was invited once to apply for an oil pipeline controller position for a major oil company. I didn't jump on it at the time though because I wasn't really sure what it was about....but the more I investigate it, it seems like a really great paying and stable job. Does anyone have anymore information on these types of jobs, and what are the pros and cons of doing this type of work? What is an average salary? Thanks. Exxon/Mobil had ads a few months ago for pipeline controllers. They may do an interview with you over a webcam if you can get to their nearest business office. $85,000..
