The theory that the explosion would have ignited the whole pipeline would have not worked in probability.
All things being equal, I'm glad that is as close as they got to testing their theory.
I think this is a excellent display of why we need the Patriot Act to continue.
It would not have been as tragic as 9/11, but any terrorist attack on U.S. soil since 9/11 should be taken as an extremely grave act.
