that could have killed thousands of civilians, the pipeline goes through BROOKLYN NY, Queens NY, and New JERSEY. your thoughts? if the attack was carried out what do you think would happen to our economy and how bad would that damage NYer's lives? do you think it would make 9/11 look like a small job compared to what could have happend if the terrorists werern't caught?Your thoughts on the ALMOST attack on NY on oil pipeline in JFK airport...?

I'm glad the US is stopping terrorists and their plots.





Nothing much would have happened. it is so hard to blow a whole pipeline up. You can blow up one main part, but the whole thing was never going to blow up.





It wouldn't have damaged our economy too bad.





It would have stopped aviation for a day or two at airports, maybe. It would have stopped air traffic at JFK for a while, but they would pick up the pieces and move on. Other than that, it wouldn't have been too bad...

What is the real issue at hand?
This will lead to further eradication of the civil liberties of everyday Americans. Meanwhile, the government refuses to address the real issue at hand. It's not farmers in Missouri and Kansas that are executing these plans.
I'm sure most liberals are dismissing it as something that evil Bush has made up off the top of his head. Liberals don't believe in terrorism. They don't even believe these poor men should be held or questioned.





Liberals also don't believe such attacks on America should be prevented. You see, they're under the impression that at CIA headquarters, someone is listening in on their calls as they talk football with a buddy, or ask the wife if they need anything from the store. Myself, I'm not a paranoid idiot. I know the government isn't listening to me. They're busy trying to stop these idiot fanatics from striking us again - and that's just fine by me.
